With Astra Chronicle the room schedules can be checked for availability prior to requesting space.

To request space in Cartwright Hall, complete the Room Reservation Form and send it to Amy Cutler, or in her absence, Lori Richman.
 

To use Chronicle

Click on "Schedules"

Across the top you can check or uncheck different categories to view - Events, Classes, Exams.

Change View to Daily Room Grid if you want to view the day as a block schedule
 
Select date & time ranges Building - (click the building picture) CART = Cartwright

Room - can select specific room, or leave at ALL

View As (top right) - gives options for different layout displays

Once you have all criteria (date, time, building, room, view) - click Apply Filter
