On January 1, 1995, the WTO TRIPS Agreement entered into effect. Organized in collaboration with the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and the Dean Rusk Center at the University of Georgia School of Law, this timely event examines the past implementation of this important treaty and the upcoming challenges confronting the international IP regime.
