The Career Opportunity Program (COP) provides an opportunity for qualified law students to pursue their law degree on a part-time basis.  COP students have the option to enroll in a reduced course load of regular daytime classes or enroll in a prescribed set of evening classes or a combination of both day and evening classes.  At any time, a COP student may elect to pursue full-time study.  Students must complete the 90 credit degree requirements within seven years of enrollment.

COP admission is selective and it's possible an applicant may gain admission to the full-time program yet be denied admission to COP. To apply for the COP program simply follow the standard application instructions for J.D. applicants and select either "Career Opportunity Day Program" or "Career Opportunity Night Program" instead of "full-time" in the application details section of the online application.

Contact the Office of Admission at 1-800-44-DRAKE ext. 2782 for further information.
