Drake University offers two sources for information regarding off-campus housing.

• Drake Real Estate is the rental office for University-owned off-campus housing and can be reached at 1-800-44-DRAKE, extension 2196, or 515-271-2196.
• Drake Landlord Tenant Association compiles lists of available rentals in the Drake area and can be reached at 1-800-44-DRAKE, extension 3711, or 515-271-3711.

*Off-campus housing in the Drake area is popular among students, and waiting lists are common; therefore, it is important to make contacts as soon as possible.
