Health Insurance Domestic Students
Health insurance options that domestic students may be eligible for are: public state or federal exchange plans, individual insurance plans, high risk pool plans, a parent's plan if under the age of 26 or a catastrophic plan for those between the ages of 26 to 30. International students will automatically be enrolled in the student health insurance plan at a rate of $1,308. This premium will automatically be charged to your student account. The online URL to the Drake offered international student plans and rates is: www.lewermark.com/drake

Students wishing to purchase a meal plan may do so by contacting Drake Dining Services at 515-271-3175.
Parking in campus lots during the summer will require vehicle registration and a permit. Students wishing to park in campus lots during the summer/fall/spring semesters will be required to purchase a parking permit from the Student Accounts Office in Old Main. A large parking lot is conveniently located south of Forest Avenue between 24th and 25th Streets.
