Rethinking Urban Living

While studying architecture, I realized that the buildings I was designing could not fully address the social, economic and environmental challenges the inhabitants faced. Rather, those challenges are often consequences – intentional and unintentional – of legal action. This is what I love about the law. While it may negatively, and often unintentionally, exacerbate inequities, it has an infinite amount of opportunities to intentionally positively impact existing conditions.
