We provide several avenues for employers to reach our students and alumni from job postings and resume collection services to on campus interviews. We strive to create more ways to make connections between employers and our students.

On Campus Interviews
The faculty and staff at Drake University Law School invite law firms and other legal employers to participate in our Fall and Spring On-Campus Interview Program. With a highly competitive student body, distinguished faculty members and premier academic and clinic programs, Drake is committed to the highest standards in legal education and offers organizations outstanding law students and graduates for summer and permanent employment.
In addition to on-campus interviews, we offer several other services for employers. Our resume collection service, along with our job posting service, provides convenient, time-saving alternatives for employers who are unable to visit campus. You can register for the Resume Collection Program in the same manner as you would for the On Campus Interview Program. Our office also allows you to Skype students.
For Employers interested in hiring students to work during the year
Drake Law School abides by the American Bar Association (ABA) 20 Hour Work Week Rule. Standard 304(f) of the ABA Standards for Approval of Law Schools states: "A student may not engage in employment for more that 20 hours per week in any semester in which student is enrolled in more than 12 class hours."
