On January 1, 1995, the WTO TRIPS Agreement entered into effect. Held in two parts, this timely event examines the past implementation of this important treaty and the upcoming challenges confronting the international IP regime. The first event will be held as part of the 2010 International Law Weekend in New York, organized by the American Branch of the International Law Association. The second event will be held in Athens, Georgia in collaboration with the Journal of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Georgia School of Law. More information about the University of Georgia conference is available here.
