LL.M. or M.J. in Intellectual Property Law

The LL.M./M.J. in Intellectual Property Law at Drake University Law School provides an exceptional learning environment to prepare transnational intellectual property lawyers for today’s global business environment. Strategically located in central Iowa, which some have dubbed “Silicon Valley” of agricultural biotechnology, Drake University Law School houses the internationally renowned Intellectual Property Law Center.

Directed by Edmund Sease, the Center is a rare U.S. law program that has developed a strong academic and research focus on intellectual property law and policy in the Asia Pacific region. For seven years in a row, peer surveys conducted by U.S. News and World Report have ranked the Center among the top 25 intellectual property law programs in the United States.
