BNA-All (Drake Law Student and Faculty only. Access is available from Law Library visitor computer)
BNA-All provides access to over 100 BNA titles containing current law, news and analysis organized by subject area. An alphabetical list of the databases is also available.
CCH Business and Finance
Full-text access to federal and state laws and regulations relating to securities; banking; trade regulation; government contracts; telecom; information technology; federal energy guidelines; transportation law; and products liability and safety.
CCH Health and Human Resources
Full-text access to federal and state laws and regulations relating to human resources management; payroll; pension and benefits; employment law; safety/OSHA and workers' compensation; health law; and food and drug.
CCH OmniTax
The CCH OmniTax database is the electronic version of standard CCH looseleaf services covering tax law. It includes federal, state and local primary source material, as well as analysis and practice aids.
CQ Supreme Court Collection
The Supreme Court Collection provides historical analysis and expert commentary of Supreme Court decisions, biographies of Supreme Court justices, and Supreme Court institutional history.
Constitutions of Countries of the World
Contains the full text for the constitutions of 192 countries. Constitutional scholars who are familiar with the legal system, judicial language and official language of each foreign jurisdiction provide authoritative translations into English.
Declassified Documents Reference System
Contains over 500,000 pages of previously classified government documents. Covering major international events from the Cold War to the Vietnam War and beyond, this single source enables users to locate key information underpinning studies in international relations, American studies, United States foreign and domestic policy studies and journalism.
Eighteenth Century Collections Online
Features over 138,00 English-language and foreign-language titles printed in the United Kingdom during the 18th century, along with thousands of important works from the Americas. Content covers subjects in the areas of law, history, geography, social science, fine arts, architecture, medicine, science, literature, religion, philosophy and more.
Gale Legal Forms
The legal forms available include real estate contracts, wills, premarital agreements, landlord tenant forms, business, corporation, and many others.
GalleryWatch CRS Reports
Contains the largest and most up-to-date collection of Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports available online. Content spans 1993-present and covers a host of subject areas, including economics, environment, foreign affairs, immigration, medicine, civil rights, national security, terrorism and more.
HeinOnline
HeinOnline provides comprehensive coverage of various research collections in an image-based fully-searchable format. HeinOnline consists of a Law Journal Library, with hundreds of titles all from inception and a U.S. Federal Register Library with pre-1981 coverage.
Index to Legal Periodicals Full Text and Retrospective
Legal Periodicals Full Text indexes more than 1000 journals from 1981-date, with full text coverage of more than 250 journals beginning in 1995. Legal Periodicals Retrospective provides index coverage from 1908-1981 to more than 750 journals. Both databases can be searched at the same time.
Indexmaster
IndexMaster provides searchable access to the indices and/or tables of content of over 8,000 legal titles from over 65 legal publishers.
LegalTrac
Offers indexing for all major law reviews, legal newspapers, specialty law publications, bar association journals and law-related articles from general interest publications. LegalTrac also includes selective full text for some publications.
Lexis-Nexis (password issued by Lexis-Nexis required)
LexisNexis Academic
Provides access to primary source material such as case law, statutes and regulations. Shepard's Citations for the federal and state level is available. Secondary source materials such as legal news or law reviews for background or analysis of a legal topic is also provided. This database also provides access to business and news publications.
LexisNexis Congressional
Comprehensive access to U.S. legislative information from the Congressional Information Service. Information includes:

LexisNexis Statistical

LLMC Digital
Search for early Federal departmental decisions from selected agencies. Documents are in pdf or text format from the original printed text.
Loislaw
Search for administrative laws, appellate decisions, court rules, and federal documents. A special password is required for law school students. Please contact Information Technology Librarian, David Hanson for more information.
