Polk County Jury Verdicts

The Polk County Court Administration began compiling jury verdict information for personal injury cases in Polk County in August 1993. Although, the latest update is only current through June 2002, it might still be useful. The listings are organized by type of accident and include the following data, as applicable: date of trial, type of injury, sex and age of plaintiff, medical special damages, last demand before trial, last offer before trial, and jury verdict and percentage of comparative fault.
