Podcasts

Drake Law School is pleased to offer podcasts of many lectures. But what is a podcast, and how might the technology be of benefit? Podcasting, a blend of Apple's "iPod" and "broadcasting", is a method of publishing files to the Internet, allowing users to selectively download audio or video content, or subscribe to a feed and receive specific material automatically.

Podcasting brings many advantages for users of all types. Students can use class podcasts as supplemental material for class instruction, even as an additional source when reviewing subjects. Many believe that podcasting technology allows students to focus more on in-class lectures, leaving later opportunity for more indepth notetaking and review.

To access Law School podcasts, click the appropriate link below. Current faculty, staff, and students will be asked to supply a username and password. Use the same credentials you use to login to campus computers. The login will provide access only to classes in which you are currently enrolled or have been granted access. Prospective students and others visitors can access our public podcasts for a sampling of class lectures or presentations.

By accessing any of the Law School's podcasts, you agree to these Podcast Policies. All podcasts are the property of Drake Law School and the professor, and may not be redistributed in any form to any person.
